Fees
I am accepted as an out-of-network provider by most insurance carriers. If your policy provides an out-of-network benefit, you should be reimbursed for a portion of my fee, possibly the majority of it. The amount of the reimbursement will depend on your plan. Please check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage.
