The unconscious Mind holds painful feelings that are sometimes too difficult to be consciously aware of. Unresolved, these underlying emotions can manifest in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-destructive behavior. I aim to help you become aware of these feelings and to provide you with the tools to move beyond self-defeating patterns.

Psychodynamic therapy is a partnership between therapist and patient – Together, we can find the approach that will best address your personal inner conflicts, fears and experiences. I will meet with you once or twice a week to bring insight and awareness to your individual challenges.
